Real World Enterprise Architecture

This is the first of a three-part series on the cornerstones of enterprise architecture. I introduced these cornerstones in Episode 1 (What is the Value of Enterprise Architecture?). The three cornerstones are: (1) alignment, (2) guidance and (3) explanation. This episode discusses alignment.

There is no single way to approach enterprise architecture. Don’t let anyone tell you there is. But there are three basic schools of thought that cover the gamut of enterprise architecture practices. This episode will explain those three “brands” of enterprise architecture. 

Eventually every enterprise architect is faced with this question: What is the value of enterprise architecture? This episode answers that question.
